Energie- und Verkehrswende in Zeiten der Energiekrise – Was bewegt die Menschen in Deutschland?

Das Soziale Nachhaltigkeitsbarometer ist eine im Rahmen des Kopernikus-Projektes Ariadne durchgeführte, bundesweit repräsentative Panel-Befragung über die Vorstellungen, Anliegen und Erfahrungen der deutschen Bevölkerung im Kontext der Energie- und Verkehrswende. Die Untersuchung wurde im Frühjahr dieses Jahres zum insgesamt sechsten Mal durchgeführt.

France’s Hydrogen Vision and Its Significance for Europe and Beyond

In the race for technological leadership, France can draw on its surplus nuclear power and a significant renewable energy potential, world-class innovation clusters, strong political support, and the presence of several global-scale private players. At the same time, with its strong emphasis on energy independence, France has been sceptical about the EU’s vision of large-scale hydrogen imports and reluctant to actively promote a cross-European hydrogen infrastructure.

Tipping+ Final Conference

Our conference is an opportunity to share experiences and lessons learnt on regional decarbonisation process and explore factors affecting Social-Ecological Tipping Points (SETPs) towards clean energy transition. Our team will present key results from the case studies and will provide insights on how to accelerate just sustainable structural change in Coal and Carbon Intensive Regions in times of global uncertainties.
