Achievement:
During the Dean Position at IOE: As the Dean of the Institute of Engineering, Tribhuvan University, I successfully managed the academic and administrative operations of four government campuses and ten affiliated private campuses, overseeing more than 20,000 students, 600 teaching faculties, and 400 non-teaching staff members. I led the expansion of academic programs, executed international collaborative projects, and promoted research initiatives. Additionally, I ensured compliance with educational policies, fostered stakeholder relationships, and received recognition for my contributions to academic program development, global engagement, and research advancement. I dedicated myself to providing high-quality education, promoting global engagement, and fostering impactful research within the Institute of Engineering, Tribhuvan University.

Director for Centre for Energy Studies:
I am honored to have served as the Director of the Centre for Energy Studies at Tribhuvan University for two tenures. During my leadership, I successfully transformed the center into a recognized institution in the fields of energy, climate change, and sustainable development. One of my key accomplishments was the expansion of two master's programs, a testament to our commitment to academic excellence and addressing the educational needs in critical areas. Additionally, I spearheaded efforts to bring in international projects, fostering a global perspective and facilitating knowledge exchange. Through strategic initiatives, I cultivated strong relationships with prestigious international institutions and public organizations, contributing to the center's growth and influence. My tenure has been marked by a dedication to advancing research, education, and collaboration in the pursuit of sustainable solutions. I look forward to continuing my contributions to the energy and sustainable development sector.
